I calculated the starting point they use for log reduction based on the numbers that you provided. Their starting point is a PCR of 4.13. That means that in their lab the average patient's PCR is 4.13 when first diagnosed before treatment begins. The goal of treatment is to get you to a 3 log reduction or better.
When you reach a 3.000 log reduct, your PCR will read 0.004. Right now you read 0.649 so you have a ways to go. However, your trend is headed downward and this is good. If you do not reach the 3.000 log reduct or 0.004 within the next few months or you start trending upward, you might want to reevaluate your treatment or get a second opinion about the way forward.
